  Just taken a faulty product back to store (no reciept) and they could not find the transaction on their system (I dont know where they put it!!!) even though I had a copy of the transaction on my bank statement. I would of thought they could have looked at the product sale on the system (purchase date provided and not a bulk selling item) to help but apparantly computor says NO. £97 in the bin, wont use again.

  Always there when you need them screwfix is the place. Hammer drill packed in and within 25 mins I was back in on site drilling away with the new Bosch. This shop is good but the car park is rubbish
