  popped in the other week to get my other half a set of earnings, the staff were very polite, helpful and friendly, they showed me a selection of earrings that best matched what i had asked for with my budget, and packed them up in a nice gift box. They even cleaned my necklace whilst i waited. the advice given was second to none. sorry i couldn't remember the names of the two ladies that were working on the 13th feb.

  Bought a watch & a bracelet this Christmas from Samuel's - both quite expensive. Typically, both needed alterations. On going back to sort the work over Christmas as was off work, all staff baring one girl appeared disinterested on 2 occasions with the after sales of customers and more interested in the prospective ones, focusing more on browsing customers. Isn't a great experience for the customer. In fact, it's insulting. Manager there, Ady, made amends offering a reduction on some earrings being made from bracelet links.
