  Dealt with This branch for over a year now - always looked after us and got us the games we need - so good in fact we put a couple of free to play Arcade Machines in there :)

  After getting a price in the bury store for my mobile phone and a receipt with the price they said they would give me..i went back today and they wouldnt honour it? In fact they said they would not take the item at all. The item was the same as the only reason I could not sell it before was the fact I did not have any identification. It is ridiculous that the game website gives you a price depending on the condition of your items e.g good/fair..my phone was in good condition, and one staff member agrees..the one who gave me the receipt with the same price as the website.but when you go back another staff member refused to take item and directed me to cash generator. Will not be using this store again as the customer service is not good. And thanks to cash generator I got the money I should have got from game.
