  Booked an appointment on Monday for designer to visit my home to measure up last Thursday. On Wednesday the appointment was changed (by Bathstore) to 8.30 am this morning. By 9.30, no-one had arrived and no explanation was forthcoming. Don't think I'll be using them to fit my bathroom when they can't even be bothered to turn up on time for a first visit. And presumably if I hadn't rung them, they wouldn't have bothered to tell me they weren't coming. If they were too busy or didn't want the work, why not just say so? Pretty appalling salesmanship. If it were possible, I would post this with no stars at all...
